一劳永逸：建立合理的文件夹结构

xl计算机文件系统是文件夹（目录）构成的。也就是说磁盘上的文件是通过文件夹来进行分门别类的。良好的文件夹结构有助于提高计算机使用效率。下面A.shun教大家如何建立合理的目录结构。

什么才算合理的文件夹结构

  1. 尽量使用英文目录名:在dos环境或者Ghost操作中比较麻烦，Windows下的某些软件对中文支持不太好
  2. 目录名尽量简短，要直观，最好是用缩写:简短的好处显而易见，可以在输入时节省时间和让地址栏显示更多层目录。用缩写可以一目了然。
  3. 分区根目录不要放文件，文件夹数也不宜过多:我们每次进入一个文件夹计算机都会自动刷新内容，而对磁盘根目录的访问很频繁，录放置过多的文件很影响计算机性能。
  4. 配置文件和软件分开存放，（当然要实现便携可移动的就另当别论)

这是在荒 ⌒soGoo⌒堂看到的软件分类批处理，很好用，向大家推荐下。
压缩包内有soft.txt和run.cmd两个文件,这里有做好的,运行run.cmd就可以在当前文件夹下建立目录了。

soft.txt中 每行的第一个词是一级目录名，第二个开始是二级目录。可以根据你自己的需要编辑soft.txt文件。
